Q) How long before i get my products delivered?

A) Typically most deliveries are completed in 4-5 working days, except for Mumbai where delivery is done in 24-48 hours.

Q) Do you have any delivery charges?

A) Currently there are no shipping charges.

Q) I want to pay Cash on delivery (COD) is it possible?

A) No, we do not accept COD.

Q) Your website does not deliver to my pincode?

A) We are sorry we could not deliver to your pincode. But do drop us a mail at vinodc@satvika.in with a request and your pincode, we will try our best to arrange for a way to deliver to your pincode.

Q) What is your definition of Natural?

A) For us Natural is defined as any product which is organically grown but not certified and/or if it is free from any chemical preservatives, chemical additives &/or colors.

Q) I received a parcel today and it was damaged?

A) We are sorry for that, please do send us an image of the damaged pack to 8767801982, we shall arrange to replace the same immediately.

Q) I received a pack and it was insect infested?

A) At Naturally Yours we take utmost care to ensure the products are fresh and free from any insect infestation. But due to the pure nature of products we do see some infestation happening. In this case we request you to send us a picture of the pack to 8767801982, we shall arrange to replace the same immediately.

Q) I want a refund, what is the process?

A) As most of our products are perishable in nature we currently do not do any refund, but give a store credit for the same amount.
