Quinoa Hakka noodles
Ingredients :
- 1 pack Naturally yours Quinoa noodles.
- 1+1/2 cup mix vegetables of your choice (carrot, beans, cabbage, onions, capsicum) finely sliced/chopped.
- 1 tsp minced garlic+ginger.
- 1 tsp red chilli sauce.
- 1 tsp vinegar,
- 1 tsp soya sauce.
- 1 tsp green chilli sauce.
- 1 tsp noodles spice mix (given with the pack).
- Salt to taste.
- 2-3 tbsp oil.
- Sesame seeds & green onion to garnish.
Instructions :
- Boil the Quinoa noodles as per the instructions given on the pack.
- Heat oil in a wok/kadhai, add ginger, garlic & saute a little.
- Then add all the veggies & saute for a minute.
- Now add all the sauces, salt, vinegar & spice mix.
- Cook a little then add the boiled noodles & mix well.
- Cook for another minute & serve hot garnished with sesame seeds and green onion.
