Quinoa hakka noodles

Ingredients : 

  • 1 pack Naturally yours Quinoa noodles.
  • 1+1/2 cup mix vegetables of your choice (carrot, beans, cabbage, onions, capsicum) finely sliced/chopped.
  • 1 tsp minced garlic+ginger.
  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce.
  • 1 tsp vinegar, 
  • 1 tsp soya sauce.
  • 1 tsp green chilli sauce.
  • 1 tsp noodles spice mix (given with the pack).
  • Salt to taste.
  • 2-3 tbsp oil. 
  • Sesame seeds & green onion to garnish.

Instructions : 

  1. Boil the Quinoa noodles as per the instructions given on the pack.
  2. Heat oil in a wok/kadhai, add ginger, garlic & saute a little.
  3. Then add all the veggies & saute for a minute.
  4. Now add all the sauces, salt, vinegar & spice mix.
  5. Cook a little then add the boiled noodles & mix well.
  6. Cook for another minute & serve hot garnished with sesame seeds and green onion.
