Recipe : Spicy & Creamy Multigrain Pasta
Ingredients
1 Pack Naturally Yours Gluten Free Multigrain Pasta
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup chopped Carrots
1 cup chopped Green Capsicum
1 cup boiled Sweet Corn
1 cup chopped Spring Onions
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 chopped Green Chillies
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black Pepper powder
2 tbsp Hot & Sweet Sauce
1 tsp Soya Sauce
1 cup grated Cheese
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup chopped Carrots
1 cup chopped Green Capsicum
1 cup boiled Sweet Corn
1 cup chopped Spring Onions
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 chopped Green Chillies
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black Pepper powder
2 tbsp Hot & Sweet Sauce
1 tsp Soya Sauce
1 cup grated Cheese
Instructions
1. Cook the Multigrain Pasta as per the instructions on the
packet. Strain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat oil and cook ginger garlic paste, chillies, corn,
carrots, capsicum and spring onions for 5 mins on medium flame.
3. After the vegetables turn soft, add salt, pepper, sauces and cheese
and mix well till the cheese melts.
4. Then add the cooked Multigrain Pasta and toss for a minute with the vegetables.
5. Remove from flame and serve hot.
