Recipe : Coriander Soya Noodles
1 packet Naturally Yours Soya Noodles
1 tbsp Olive Oil
100 gms Coriander Leaves
5-6 Green Chillies
1 small piece Ginger
4-5 Garlic Cloves
2 small Tomatoes
1 tsp Salt
1. Cook the Soya Noodles as per the instructions on the packet. Strain
and set aside.
2. Grind together coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic, ginger,
and tomatoes with 1 tsp water only for a minute. Ensure it should not
turn into a fine paste.
3. In a pan, heat oil and fry the coriander mixture for 2-3 mins on
medium flame. Add salt and stir.
4. Add the cooked Soya Noodles and toss for a minute.
5. Remove from flame and serve hot.
