Ingredients 1 packet Naturally Yours Soya Noodles 1 tbsp Olive Oil 100 gms Coriander Leaves 5-6 Green Chillies 1 small piece Ginger 4-5 Garlic Cloves 2 small Tomatoes 1 tsp Salt
Instructions 1. Cook the Soya Noodles as per the instructions on the packet. Strain and set aside. 2. Grind together coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes with 1 tsp water only for a minute. Ensure it should not turn into a fine paste. 3. In a pan, heat oil and fry the coriander mixture for 2-3 mins on medium flame. Add salt and stir. 4. Add the cooked Soya Noodles and toss for a minute. 5. Remove from flame and serve hot.
