Recipe : Chatpata Soya Noodles Bhel

Soya Noodles bhel


  • 1 Packet Naturally Yours Soya Noodles
  • 2 medium chopped Onions
  • 2 medium chopped Tomatoes
  • 2-3 chopped Green Chillies
  • 1 cup Nylon Sev
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • Lemon Juice
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

For Coriander Chutney:

  • 1 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup Mint leaves
  • 5-6 Garlic Cloves
  • Small Ginger
  • 4-5 Green Chillies
  • Water for consistency
  • Salt to taste

For Spicy Chutney:

  • 5-6 Green Chillies
  • Small Ginger
  • Water for consistency
  • Salt to taste

For Sweet Chutney:

  • 50 gms Jaggery
  • 50 gms Tamarind
  • 1 Cardamom
  • 1 small Cinnamon
  • 1 Clove
  • 2 cups Water


  1. Cook the Soya Noodles as per the instructions on the packet. Strain and set aside.
  2. For coriander chutney, add all the ingredients in a mixer jar, and grind to a fine paste.
  3. For spicy chutney, add all the ingredients in a mixer jar and grind to a fine paste.
  4. For sweet chutney, boil all the ingredients in water for 5-10 mins till it turns thick in consistency. Strain and squeeze the mixture to remove the pulp. Use the pulp as chutney.
  5. In a bowl, add the cooked Soya Noodles, and add all three chutneys as per taste.
  6. Add the onions, tomatoes, green chillies, lemon juice, sprinkle some Chaat masala and toss the Soya Noodles.
  7. Garnish with nylon sev and coriander leaves and serve.
