Peanut Butter Satay Broth Bowl 🍜
A comforting, flavour-packed bowl made with Naturally Yours Black Rice Noodles, tossed into a creamy peanut-satay broth and topped with crunchy garnishes.

Ingredients
- 1 pack Naturally Yours Black Rice Noodles
- 2–3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ tbsp ginger (finely chopped)
- 1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
- ¼ cup green onion (chopped)
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrot / red-yellow capsicum / veggies of your choice
- 2 cups vegetable broth (or plain water)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tbsp chilli garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- ½ tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- ½ tbsp chilli oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp fried garlic & peanuts (to garnish)
- Sesame seeds & fresh coriander to garnish
Chef Tip: If your peanut butter is thick, mix it with 2–3 tbsp warm broth in a small bowl first, then add it to the wok for a smoother, creamier soup.
Instructions
- Cook the noodles as per the instructions given on the pack. Drain and keep aside.
- Heat neutral oil in a wok. Sauté onions first, then add ginger and garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add soya sauce, chilli-garlic sauce, peanut butter, and coconut sugar. Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in vegetable broth (or water). Let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Add salt to taste and finish with lemon juice.
- To serve: Add boiled noodles to a bowl, pour the hot satay broth over it, and top with veggies, fried garlic, fried peanuts, sesame, green onion, coriander, and a drizzle of chilli oil.
