DELIVERY RELATED FAQ - FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS

Q) How long before i get my products delivered?

A) Typically most deliveries are completed in 4-5 working days, except for Mumbai where delivery is done in 24-48 hours.

Q) Do you have any delivery charges?

A) Currently there is a delivery charge of Rs 29.

Q) I want to pay Cash on delivery (COD) is it possible?

A) Yes, we do accept COD. There is an additional charge of Rs 30 as COD collection fee which is charged by our courier partner over and above the delivery fee of Rs 29.

Q) Your website does not deliver to my pincode?

A) We are sorry we could not deliver to your pincode. But do drop us a mail at vinodc@satvika.in with a request and your pincode, we will try our best to arrange for a way to deliver to your pincode.
