🧺 Ingredients
- Cooked moringa instant noodles (boiled plain)
- 1 tsp oil
- Garlic (optional, finely chopped)
- Mixed vegetables (carrot, capsicum, beans, corn)
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of pepper or oregano
🍳 Method
- Heat oil in a pan and lightly sauté the garlic (if using).
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until soft yet crunchy.
- Add the cooked noodles, salt, and seasoning.
- Toss gently and cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Serve warm.
