🍜 Moringa Instant Noodles Stir-Fry

🧺 Ingredients

  • Cooked moringa instant noodles (boiled plain)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Garlic (optional, finely chopped)
  • Mixed vegetables (carrot, capsicum, beans, corn)
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of pepper or oregano

🍳 Method

  • Heat oil in a pan and lightly sauté the garlic (if using).
  • Add mixed vegetables and cook until soft yet crunchy.
  • Add the cooked noodles, salt, and seasoning.
  • Toss gently and cook for 1–2 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
