Jajangmyeong 🍜 with Naturally Yours Amaranth Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 pack Naturally Yours Amaranth Noodles
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
- 250g Minced Chicken (cleaned, and drained)
- 1 Red Onion (finely sliced)
- 1 Zucchini (diced)
- ½ Cabbage (cut into squares)
- 2 tbsp Black Bean Sauce
- 100 ml Water
- ¼ Cucumber (thinly sliced, for garnish)
Method
- In a pan, melt butter on low heat. Add garlic and minced chicken. Sauté until the meat is cooked.
- Add onions, zucchini, and cabbage. Cook until vegetables soften.
- Add black bean sauce and the seasoning sachet.
- Pour in water and cook until slightly thickened.
- In a separate pot, cook the noodles as per pack instructions. Place in a serving bowl.
- Pour the black bean sauce over the noodles, garnish with sliced cucumber, and serve hot.
Chef Tip: Want a Jain / Satvik version? Skip garlic, replace chicken with finely chopped mushrooms or tofu, and use oil instead of butter. Same comfort, cleaner swap.
