Jajangmyeong 🍜 with Naturally Yours Amaranth Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Naturally Yours Amaranth Noodles
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 250g Minced Chicken (cleaned, and drained)
  • 1 Red Onion (finely sliced)
  • 1 Zucchini (diced)
  • ½ Cabbage (cut into squares)
  • 2 tbsp Black Bean Sauce
  • 100 ml Water
  • ¼ Cucumber (thinly sliced, for garnish)

Method

  1. In a pan, melt butter on low heat. Add garlic and minced chicken. Sauté until the meat is cooked.
  2. Add onions, zucchini, and cabbage. Cook until vegetables soften.
  3. Add black bean sauce and the seasoning sachet.
  4. Pour in water and cook until slightly thickened.
  5. In a separate pot, cook the noodles as per pack instructions. Place in a serving bowl.
  6. Pour the black bean sauce over the noodles, garnish with sliced cucumber, and serve hot.

Chef Tip: Want a Jain / Satvik version? Skip garlic, replace chicken with finely chopped mushrooms or tofu, and use oil instead of butter. Same comfort, cleaner swap.
