Moringa Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes 🍅🌿

A simple, vibrant bowl made with Naturally Yours Moringa Pasta, tossed with juicy cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and finished with parmesan.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Naturally Yours Moringa Pasta
  • 200 grams Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • 2–3 cloves Garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • A handful Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Oregano Seasoning
  • ½ tbsp Chilli Flakes
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese to garnish

Pro Tip: Always reserve 2–3 tbsp of pasta water. It helps bind the sauce and gives a silky finish.

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta until al-dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and sauté lightly.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  4. Add salt, oregano seasoning, chilli flakes and fresh basil. Mix well.
  5. Toss in the boiled pasta along with 1 tbsp reserved pasta water.
  6. Finish with grated parmesan cheese and serve hot with a side dish of your choice.
