Cheesy Butter Garlic Spinach Noodles Recipes

Ingredients

1 Packet Naturally Yours Spinach Noodles
3 tbsp Butter
4-5 finely Minced Garlic
1/2 cup diced Onions
1/2 cup chopped Spring Onion leaves (extra for garnish)
Salt to taste
1 tsp Pepper powder
1 tsp Red chilli flakes
1 tsp Oregano
1 cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the Spinach Noodles as per the instructions on the packet. Strain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat butter and add the minced garlic.Saute for a few mins and then add onions. Add salt, pepper, chilli flakes, oregano and cook for a few mins on medium flame.
  3. After the onions are cooked, add the cooked noodles and the chopped spring onion leaves and toss for 2 mins till it's nicely mixed.
  4. Add cheese and let it melt and mix nicely.
  5. Remove from flame and serve hot.
