🍜 Black Rice Instant Noodles – Indian Masala Black Rice Noodles

🧺 Ingredients

  • Cooked black rice instant noodles
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • Mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas)
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • A pinch of cumin powder
  • Salt to taste

🍳 Method

  • Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until lightly golden.
  • Add the tomato, turmeric, cumin powder, and salt. Cook until soft.
  • Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  • Add the cooked black rice noodles and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve hot.
