🍜 Black Rice Instant Noodles – Indian Masala Black Rice Noodles

🧺 Ingredients
- Cooked black rice instant noodles
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- Mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas)
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- A pinch of cumin powder
- Salt to taste
🍳 Method
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until lightly golden.
- Add the tomato, turmeric, cumin powder, and salt. Cook until soft.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Add the cooked black rice noodles and toss gently to combine.
- Serve hot.
