🥣 Amaranth Instant Noodles – Amaranth Noodle Veg Soup (Light & Soothing)

Cooking Time: 7–9 minutes
Serving Size: 1 pack serves 4 people

🧺 Ingredients

  • ½ pack amaranth instant noodles
  • 2 cups water
  • Finely chopped vegetables
  • Salt or tastemaker (as preferred)
  • A little butter or ghee

🍳 Method

  • Boil water and add the chopped vegetables.
  • Add the noodles and cook until soft.
  • Add salt or tastemaker and a little butter or ghee.
  • Serve warm.
