🥣 Amaranth Instant Noodles – Amaranth Noodle Veg Soup (Light & Soothing)
Cooking Time: 7–9 minutes

🧺 Ingredients
- ½ pack amaranth instant noodles
- 2 cups water
- Finely chopped vegetables
- Salt or tastemaker (as preferred)
- A little butter or ghee
🍳 Method
- Boil water and add the chopped vegetables.
- Add the noodles and cook until soft.
- Add salt or tastemaker and a little butter or ghee.
- Serve warm.
