Schezwan Multi millet noodles

Ingredients:
- 1 packet Multi Millet Noodles
 - 2 tbsp oil
 - 2 large onions, sliced
 - 2 cup cabbage, shredded
 - 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
 - 2 carrots, peeled and cut into strips
 - 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
 - 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp chilli sauce
 - 1 tbsp vinegar
 - 1 tsp black pepper powder
 
Instructions:
- Boil the Multi Millet Noodles as per instructions on the packet.
 - Strain and spread on a kitchen towel.
 - Meanwhile heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.
 - Next add in 1 tbsp each of chopped garlic and ginger.
 - Cook for 30 seconds.
 - Next add in 2 sliced onions.
 - Cook for a couple of minutes.
 - Add 1 sliced bell pepper.
 - Cook for a couple of minutes.
 - Next add in 2 sliced carrots.
 - Cook for a minute.
 - Finally add in 2 cups of shredded cabbage.
 - Toss everything for a couple of minutes. Make sure to cook the vegetables on a high flame to maintain the crunch.
 - Add in the boiled Multi Millet Noodles.
 - Add 1 tbsp each of soy sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar
 - Add in salt to taste. Be careful as the sauces have enough salt.
 - Finish with 1 tsp black pepper powder.
 - Serve hot.
