Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Multi Millet Noodles
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 2 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 carrots, peeled and cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder

Instructions:

  1. Boil the Multi Millet Noodles as per instructions on the packet.
  2. Strain and spread on a kitchen towel.
  3. Meanwhile heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.
  4. Next add in 1 tbsp each of chopped garlic and ginger.
  5. Cook for 30 seconds.
  6. Next add in 2 sliced onions.
  7. Cook for a couple of minutes.
  8. Add 1 sliced bell pepper.
  9. Cook for a couple of minutes.
  10. Next add in 2 sliced carrots.
  11. Cook for a minute.
  12. Finally add in 2 cups of shredded cabbage.
  13. Toss everything for a couple of minutes. Make sure to cook the vegetables on a high flame to maintain the crunch.
  14. Add in the boiled Multi Millet Noodles.
  15. Add 1 tbsp each of soy sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar
  16. Add in salt to taste. Be careful as the sauces have enough salt.
  17. Finish with 1 tsp black pepper powder.
  18. Serve hot.
