Ingredients : 1 pack Naturally yours gluten free Quinoa pasta. 1/2 cup tightly packed basil leaves (washed). 200 grams spinach(washed). 1/2 cup walnuts. 3-4 garlic cloves. 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 tbsp pasta seasoning. 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup heavy cream. Salt & pepper to taste. Instructions : Boil the Quinoa pasta as per the instructions given on the pack. In a mixer grinder add spinach, basil leaves, walnuts, 1/4 cup olive oil, heavy cream, garlic & blitz to a smooth puree. Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan & add the pesto. Then add salt, pepper, pasta seasoning and Quinoa pasta, mix well. Cook a little then add grated parmesan cheese, mix well and serve hot.
