- 1 pack Naturally yours gluten free Quinoa pasta.
- 1/2 cup tightly packed basil leaves (washed).
- 200 grams spinach(washed).
- 1/2 cup walnuts.
- 3-4 garlic cloves.
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp olive oil.
- 1 tbsp pasta seasoning.
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
- 1/2 cup heavy cream.
- Salt & pepper to taste.
- Boil the pasta as per the instructions given on the pack.
- In a mixer grinder add spinach, basil leaves, walnuts, 1/4 cup olive oil, heavy cream, garlic & blitz to a smooth puree.
- Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan & add the pesto.
- Then add salt, pepper, pasta seasoning and pasta, mix well.
- Cook a little then add grated parmesan cheese, mix well and serve hot.
