Spinach and walnut pesto quinoa pasta recipe

Ingredients :

  •  1 pack Naturally yours gluten free Quinoa pasta.
  • 1/2 cup tightly packed basil leaves (washed).
  • 200 grams spinach(washed).
  • 1/2 cup walnuts.
  • 3-4 garlic cloves.
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp olive oil.
  • 1 tbsp pasta seasoning.
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream.
  • Salt & pepper to taste.

Instructions : 

  1. Boil the Quinoa pasta as per the instructions given on the pack.
  2. In a mixer grinder add spinach, basil leaves, walnuts, 1/4 cup olive oil, heavy cream, garlic & blitz to a smooth puree.
  3. Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan & add the pesto.
  4. Then add salt, pepper, pasta seasoning and Quinoa pasta, mix well.
  5. Cook a little then add grated parmesan cheese, mix well and serve hot.
