Recipe : Chickpea Pasta Salad
* 1 pack Naturally Yours Gluten Free Chickpea Pasta
*1/2 Cucumber thinly sliced
* 7-8 Cherry Tomatoes ,cut into halves
* 7-8 sliced Pitted Olives
*1/4 Cup Feta Cheese crumbled
*1 Red Onion thinly sliced
* 2 tbsp olive oil.
* 1 tbsp Italian seasoning.
* Salt and Pepper to taste.
* 1 Tbsp Honey
* 1/2 TSP lemon juice.
Cook the Gluten Free Chickpea Pasta as per the instructions on the pack.
For the dressing - In a cup mix olive oil ,honey ,lemon juice , salt ,pepper and itallian seasoning .
Take a mixing bowl add the cooked pasta and all the veggies .
Then add the dressing and mix well .
Crumble Feta Cheese on top and serve cold.
